Private Beaches

Vacation Mobility Solutions has access to Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard Plantation, and all the major Hotels and Resorts. We would be happy to deliver a beach wheelchair directly to you or to any of the following private beach locations. Just let us know the most convenient location for you and we will deliver the beach wheelchair, lock it up, and have it waiting for you when you arrive.

Tower Beach
Located within Sea Pines Plantation, this beach is intended for use by property owners and parking is restricted to property owners. Amenities include restrooms, water fountains, and a picnic area with barbecue grills.

Sea Pines Beach Club
As the name implies, this beach is also located in Sea Pines. The Sea Pines Beach Club offers many amenities such as restrooms, food service, a bar, picnic tables, showers, seasonal entertainment and activities for children, and life guards. It does have parking for anyone staying in Sea Pines, but typically fills up fast during peak season.

Shipyard Beach Club
This beach access, located next to the Sonesta Resort (formerly the Crowne Plaza), is available to all those staying in Shipyard or at the Sonesta Resort. Amenities include restrooms and showers. Parking is available but fills up quickly during the summer season. Shuttles from the parking lot to and from the beach are available free of charge.

Palmetto Dunes Beach at the Moorings
This beach is accessible to all Palmetto Dunes guests as well as to those individuals staying at the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort. Like many of the other private beaches, parking is available but limited to first come first serve.
