I would like to thank you for the superior customer service that your company has provided to my parents. They have been loving the beaches of Hilton Head Island (aka Paradise!) for the last 30 years. When my Dad was unexpectantly forced to use a wheelchair, we thought; “Oh, no. What are we going to do?” If only we had known how easy you were going to make our lives, we never would have worried so much!
Your inventory of light weight beach wheelchairs has been invaluable to their Hilton Head vacations! Despite his disability, not once has my Dad missed the feel of warm sand between his toes, the squadrons of pelicans flying in perfect formation or the thrill of spotting dolphins playfully swimming by! Not to mention, we love to roll him right down to the surf. You can’t go to the beach and not touch the water!
Of course, it just doesn’t get much easier with your delivery and pick up service! It is so convenient! When my parents arrive at their villa, there is the beach wheelchair safely locked up at the bicycle rack. And when their week is over? How nice for them to not have to return it. They leave it right where they found it. Such a great feature!
Lastly, I would like to thank you personally, Amy. You have been so very kind to my parents! Your thoughtful telephone calls and hand written notes to them are really quite something else. I can not begin to tell you how much it means to me and to them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much for helping my parents continue to enjoy their Hilton Head vacations and a day at the beach!!
I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for the past 33 years. I have also had M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) for the past 32 years. I had good mobility with my disability until 5 years ago. I found it very difficult to get back and forth to the beach and could not walk at all on the soft sand. Then I discovered beach wheelchairs. This has been a lifesaver for me. Now I can enjoy beach time with the rest of my family. I recommend beach wheelchairs to anyone with a mobility disability so they can enjoy vacation time as they should.
